Part-Time Creative Project Manager

5-10 hours per week, remote

Position Overview: As a Part-Time Creative Project Manager at Take Out, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all creative and social projects from inception to completion. This role requires a balance of creative insight, exceptional organizational skills, and effective communication. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Oversight:

    • Manage end-to-end project workflows, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope, and improve processes along the way.

    • Collaborate with creative teams to translate client objectives into actionable project plans.

    • Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing potential roadblocks.

  2. Communication:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communication.

    • Foster strong relationships with internal teams, freelancers, and clients.

    • Conduct regular check-ins and provide updates on project status.

  3. Client-Facing Communication:

    • Engage with clients to gather project requirements and provide regular updates.

    • Ensure client expectations are met and exceeded, and act as the liaison between clients and internal team.

  4. Creative Input:

    • Contribute creative ideas and insights to enhance project outcomes.

    • Collaborate with designers and content creators to maintain a high standard of creativity.

  5. Calendar Management:

    • Organize and maintain project timelines and calendars.

    • Coordinate with teams to allocate resources effectively and meet project deadlines.

  6. Software Proficiency:

    • Utilize tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Lightroom, Notion, Monday, and Google Suite to enhance project workflows.

    • Provide support and guidance to team members on these platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in project management, preferably in a creative agency setting.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Is able to have fun while working.

  • Creative mindset with the ability to contribute innovative ideas.

  • Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Lightroom, Notion, Monday, and Google Suite is a bonus.

Part-Time / Freelance Social Media Manager

Position Overview: As a Part-Time Social Media Manager at Take Out, you will be responsible for implementing social media strategies that elevate our clients' brands in the luxury real estate and hotel sectors. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, adept at content curation, and has a strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Social Strategy Execution:

    • Implement and execute social media strategies for clients in the luxury real estate and hotel industries.

    • Create and schedule engaging content across various platforms, ensuring consistency with brand messaging.

  2. Content Sourcing and Creation:

    • Source and curate relevant and visually appealing content that aligns with client objectives and industry trends.

    • Create original content, including graphics and copy, to enhance social media presence.

  3. Calendar Curation:

    • Develop and manage social media content calendars.

    • Coordinate with internal teams to align social media activities with overall marketing strategies.

  4. Monthly Reporting:

    • Compile and analyze social media performance metrics.

    • Prepare monthly reports highlighting key insights and recommending optimizations for future campaigns.

  5. Client Interaction:

    • Collaborate with clients to understand their unique brand voices and objectives.

    • Provide regular updates and seek feedback to ensure client satisfaction.

  6. Social Media Strategy Development:

    • Contribute to the creation of comprehensive social media strategies that align with client goals and industry trends.

    • Stay updated on emerging trends and tools to enhance social media effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in social media management, preferably in luxury real estate or hospitality.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Canva, Later, and Google Suite is a bonus.
